Using QR Codes to Add Leads or Students

For time-poor school owners and instructors, QR codes are a great way to save time, giving a lead or student the ability to add themselves to your AXIS school. They can scan a QR code and provide all their information, as well as sign the Risk Waiver and be ready to try a class, without an instructor needing to do anything!

You can download the QR code and use it wherever you like. For example, create a poster for reception, use it on your website, email it to a lead, put it on a car sticker and much more. The options are endless!

Here's how to do it...

1. Navigate to you school Settings.
2. Click on QR Code.
    

3.  Download the QR code provided.
4.  Your lead or student will need to scan the QR code and follow the process. 
 

This is what the lead or student will see...

Note: The lead or student can select which program and syllabus they want to trial in.
 

Note: They will sign the risk waiver.
 

Note: Email address will still need to be verified later on if they wish to receive communication from your school or receive copies of their legal documents.
