Connecting a Debit Success Account

If you want to use Debit Success to take recurring payments for membership fees, you will need to contact Xplor Technologies to create an account and then connect it to AXIS.

PaySmart customers migrating from our legacy platform WhiteBelt will use this option.

Here's how to connect Debit Success...

It is critical you enter the correct credentials into the correct fields. Normal Credentials and Widget Credentials both require a unique Client ID and Secret. If you put the wrong details in the wrong section, AXIS will still connect but memberships will not work correctly.

2. Navigate Settings.
3. Go to Debit Success.
4. Click Connect.
5. Enter credentials provided to you by your Xplor account manager.
6. Click Continue button.
