Creating a Syllabus
Learn how to create and manage a syllabus in your school.
A syllabus is where you configure the requirements for a program. This is done using the number of attendances and / or days for each rank and sub rank. All programs must have at least one syllabus, it is the syllabus that is linked to classes and assigned to students.
Here's how to set it up...
- Navigate to your Syllabus tab.
- Click Add Syllabus in the top-right corner.
- Add desired Syllabus Name.
- Click Save to add syllabus.
5. Add sessions and days for each rank and/or sub ranks (e.g. Sessions 20, and/or Days 60).
Note: All ranks and sub ranks must be filled with corresponding sessions and/or days before the syllabus can be published or saved as draft.
6. Click Publish to finalise and make the syllabus active.
Note: You can also choose to save the syllabus as draft and return to complete it later.
