Creating Tasks

Everything you need to know to create tasks for yourself and your staff

Task management helps school managers stay organised by tracking tasks, deadlines, and staff responsibilities. It allows them to monitor progress and make informed decisions to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Here's how to create a task...

1. Navigate to the Task Management.
2. Select Task.
3. Click on Create Task.
4. Input Task Name.
5. Add task Description.
6. Select Priority.
7. Select Category.
8. Set task Due Date.
Note: The assignee will be notified 24 hours before due date and time.
9. From Assign To field, choose your staff.
10. In the Related Entity section, you can optionally add a specific user, though it’s best to include them when creating the task.
