Set Up School Location and Training Area

For smaller schools that have no fixed location, this is a great way to add multiple training locations to their timetable. For example a school may operate at a school hall on a weeknight, then a scout hall on the weekend.

Some larger schools operate multiple classes at the same time in different areas of their school, for example they may have "Mat 1", "Mat2" and "the Ring". This is configurable in class areas.

Here's how to do it...

1. Navigate to Timetables.
2. Select the Timetable tab.
3. Click on the Locations tab.
4. Click Add Location.
    

5.  Add the location name.
6.  Click Add Class Areas.

Note: You must have at least one class area in a location, but you can add multiple class areas within a single location.

7.  Click Save to complete the process.
 

Note: The class area will be visible when students or leads check in to the Kiosk as this it relevant to where the need to go for the class in the school.
