Requesting an Organisation

What is an organisation in AXIS?

An organisation is a collection of AXIS schools that is owned by the same person. They would have access to to all data within each school, this includes financial and other sensitive information.

The Organisation layer in AXIS allows you to clone an existing school, along with all its programs, syllabuses, ranks and sub ranks. Your legal documents, membership packages and coupons. It will also clone your classes and even your school settings! You can of course choose what you want to clone or you can create a new school from scratch. 

The organisation owner and managers have access to the organisation dashboard, for a quick snapshot of the health of all schools, and can quickly navigate between the schools using the account menu.

What is NOT an organisation in AXIS?

If you are a single school that is part of a large real-world organisation of many schools, linked by the system of martial arts that you teach, you would not have visibility of how those schools are run, and not have access to membership or financial data, so this is not an AXIS organisation. 

Why do you need to request to become an organisation?

To safe guard our schools and ensure they are configured correctly, protecting the privacy of school owners and their students, you must request through AXIS to add the organisation layer. Our support team will verify with you that you are eligible to add the organisation layer.

Here is how you do it...

1. Navigate to Settings.
2. From School Information, scroll down at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click Request Organisation.
4. Add Organisation name and Reason.
5. Click Send Request. 

Note: Our support team will respond within 2 business days via email. The more information you can provide in the reason, the quicker your request will be accepted.
