Add Meeting Types and Locations
Configure these in your Events settings.
There are many circumstances where you might want to have a meeting at your school, here are some examples:
- Talk to a lead or group of leads to go over the join up process with them.
- Give a motivational talk to a student who is losing interest.
- Have a team meeting with your instructors to talk about students and requirement.
- Book a personal training or catch up session with a student.
Here's how to set up custom meeting types...
Note: There are 4 default meeting types for you to use and you can add your own. Only custom meeting types can be edited or deleted.
- Navigate to Calendar.
- Select Events.
- Click on the Settings button (you will land on Meeting Type).
- Click Add Meeting Type.
- Give it a name and select a colour.
- Click Save.
Here's how to set up meeting locations...
There may be different areas within your schools that might be more suited to a particular type of meeting, for example:
- Talk to a lead or group of leads to go over the join up process with them (school manager's office).
- Give a motivational talk to a student who is losing interest (parent seating area).
- Have a team meeting with your instructors to talk about students and requirement (staff room).
- Book a personal training or catch up session with a student (mat area 2).
- In the settings navigation, click on Meeting Locations.
- Click Add Meeting Location.
- Enter the name.
- Click Save.
