Update Your Package Fee

As time goes by, you may want to adjust your package fees. AXIS allows you to add a new package fee and archive the current fee. 

All new memberships will take on the new fee.

Here's how to do it...

1. Navigate to Membership.
2. Access the Package & Coupons section.
3. Locate the package you want to update, then Click the ellipsis next to the package name.
4. Click Edit.
5. In the package editor, click on Add Another Price.
6. Enter the  Recurring Fee, Billing Frequency and Class Access.
7. Once complete, Click Save to apply the changes.
    

Now let's walk through the steps to archive a package price...

1. Click the ellipsis next to the specific price you want to archive.
2. Click Archive Price.
3. A confirmation prompt will appear, click the Archive button.
    

Note: If you want to update an existing membership to the new fee, simply update the membership by removing the package and adding it again to the membership.
