Composing and Sending a Bulk Email

For important information that needs to go to multiple recipients.

Bulk Email lets you send one email to many students, leads, and bill payers all at once. It's a quick and easy way to share important news and updates with everyone.

First compose your email...

  1. Navigate to the Bulk Email.
  2. Enter the Subject of your email.
  3. Write the Contents of your email.


Now let's add your recipients...

  1. Click Add Recipients.
  2. Select the Role of your recipient.
  3. If applicable, select a Filter option for more specific recipients.
  4. Select recipients or Select All.
  5. Click Done.
  6. When ready, click Send.

Note: Once the filter has been applied, you can keep running the filter to add more recipients, or manually remove individuals from the recipient list.
