Composing and Sending a Bulk Email
For important information that needs to go to multiple recipients.
Bulk Email lets you send one email to many students, leads, and bill payers all at once. It's a quick and easy way to share important news and updates with everyone.
First compose your email...
- Navigate to the Bulk Email.
- Enter the Subject of your email.
- Write the Contents of your email.
Now let's add your recipients...
- Click Add Recipients.
- Select the Role of your recipient.
- If applicable, select a Filter option for more specific recipients.
- Select recipients or Select All.
- Click Done.
- When ready, click Send.
Note: Once the filter has been applied, you can keep running the filter to add more recipients, or manually remove individuals from the recipient list.
