Cloning a School in the Organisation

Your school is doing great, you've decided to set up another school and give that to one of your top instructors to run.

There are now two schools you own, so you can link them with an AXIS organisation.

For information on how to add the organisation layer, refer to the help guide "requesting an Organisation".

Here's how to clone your school...

1. Log in to Organisation Dashboard.
2. Click Manage School.
3. Click Clone School.
4. Input School Name.
5. Select which things you want to clone.
6. Click Clone button.
   
   Note: If you do not add them at this point, there is no way to copy them to the new school later on, you will have to add them manually.

Accessing your schools...

1. Log in to Organisation Dashboard.
2. Click Manage School.
3. Click Access School button.
4. or, Click Dropdown button under Profile.
5. Click Go to School.
6. Select School.

Invite users to become Organisation Managers...

1. Log in to Organisation Dashboard.
2. Click Managers.
3. Click Add Managers button.
4. Select New or Existing User.

Note: You can create a new user or you can add an existing use from one of your AXIS schools.
