Invite School Staff

Create your school managers, instructors and referees.

You may have staff working for your school that perform certain roles and functions, for example, instructors or administrators.

AXIS allows you to assign the following roles to a user (where the user can be new to the system or an existing user).

  • School Manager
  • Instructor
  • Referee

Note: If you would like to know what access these roles have, go to your school settings and click on Role & Permissions.

Here's how to invite a user to a role...

  1. Navigate to the User Management.
  2. Click School Staff.
  3. Go to the Invites Tab.
  1. Click Add New.
  2. Enter required details, then click Send Invite.

Note: The user will be sent an email to accept their role. If you're inviting an using an existing user, make sure you use the email address they have in the system.
