Resend Account Verification

What to do if the student or lead didn't receive the account verification email.

We all live busy lives, and our email inboxes can reflect this.

Your student or lead may not be able to find the account verification email in their inbox, or it may have gone to their junk folder. The process if resending and account verification email is the same for students and leads.

Here's how to do it...

  1. Navigate to User Management.
  2. Go to the relevant user section.
  3. Choose the unverified user.
  4. Hit the Resend Invite Signup button.
  5. Click on Resend.
