Making a Lead Cold or Dead

Not all your leads will end up joining your school. 

There is no difference between a "cold" or "dead" lead, but it does separate them for reporting purposes. A cold lead is someone who is still interested but not right now, they are happy to be contacted again. A dead lead is someone who you know will never be joining. In either case, you are removing them from your active leads list.

Here's how to do it...

1. Navigate to the Lead Profile.
2. click on the Lead Status.
3. Select  Dead or Cold.
4. Click the Make Dead or Make Cold button.
    

Note: You can view your list of dead leads at the Dead Leads tab.
 

Here's how to reactivate a dead or cold lead...

1. Navigate to the Lead Profile.
2. click on the Lead Status.
3. Set to Active.
