Setting Up Your Legal Documents
Risk Waiver, Terms and Conditions and Image Consent in AXIS.
AXIS Martial Arts takes its responsibility to the schools using it very seriously. The legal documents system is in place to legally protect a martial arts school, its operations and its instructors.
There are three legal documents in AXIS, all are mandatory and signed by a lead, a student or a parent/guardian before they can step foot into their first class.
You cannot bypass this step in AXIS.
Here's how to set it up...
- Navigate to your Settings.
- Go to Legal Documents tab.
3. Click on the Edit icon.
4. Once you've finished editing, click Publish, then in the confirmation pop up click Publish again.
