Put a Membership on Hold

This is commonly referred to as suspending a membership.

Note: Your reasons for making memberships inactive can be configured in your school settings.

Here's how to make a membership inactive...

  1. Navigate to Membership.
  2. Click on Members.
  3. Click the ellipsis button for a member.
  4. Select Put On Hold.
     
  1. Select the Reason for putting the membership on hold.
  2. Select Effective and Return dates.
  3. Enter Follow Up Details.
  4. Click Save.

Note: Your reasons for holds can be configured in your school settings. Putting in a return date is just for your reference, memberships will not come off hold automatically (this is to avoid fees recommencing if a student has not yet returned to training).
