Put a Membership on Hold
This is commonly referred to as suspending a membership.
Note: Your reasons for making memberships inactive can be configured in your school settings.
Here's how to make a membership inactive...
- Navigate to Membership.
- Click on Members.
- Click the ellipsis button for a member.
- Select Put On Hold.
- Select the Reason for putting the membership on hold.
- Select Effective and Return dates.
- Enter Follow Up Details.
- Click Save.
Note: Your reasons for holds can be configured in your school settings. Putting in a return date is just for your reference, memberships will not come off hold automatically (this is to avoid fees recommencing if a student has not yet returned to training).
