Using Grading - Sub Ranks
Some programs will have a sub rank structure, for example BJJ has black tips on the belts between each belt grading.
The filter and sorting options work the same way as for ranks, make sure you review the help topic "Using Grading - Ranks".
Grading your students on sub ranks...
When you consider a student ready for passing their current sub rank, hit the Pass button. It is up to instructors to review the information in the system and make a decision on whether to grade their students. All information is for reference only and does not take into account physical skills or attitude in class.
A student can be graded in AXIS at any time regardless of their status.
"Little Johnny hasn't quite done enough classes but he's a gun and has a really great attitude, let's grade him!"
- Click on the Pass button.
Using bulk actions...
So what happens if you have a number of people that need updating at the same time? No problem, you can perform grading actions in bulk.
- Select students by clicking on the Checkbox next to the student name.
- Click on the Pass button.
