Change Payment Method

This allows you to switch between the various payment methods for memberships.

There are several different membership types and payment methods available for you to use in AXIS.

We recommend watching the video "What are the Membership Types in AXIS?" to further understand the options.

Here's how to change payment method...

  1. Go to your dashboard and select the Membership tab.
  2. Access the Members section.
  3. Click the ellipsis next to the student's name.
  4. Select Change Payment Method.
  5. Choose Stripe, Debit Success or Free as your payment provider. 
     


6.  Add a bill payer for your student.

Note: You can add a new bill payer by filling out the form provided or select an existing bill payer.

7.  Click Continue.
 

Note: If you are changing payment method from any other payment type, there will already be a bill payer configured.

8.  Add a Package.

Note: You can choose subscription, single payment, or free packages. All selected packages must have the same frequency (e.g. Weekly or Monthly).

9.  Click Done.

10.  Add a syllabus.

Note. You can add existing or new a syllabus.

11.  Click Continue.

12.  Review all information

13.  Click Confirm and Send to complete the process.
 

 

Note: The bill payer will be sent the membership to complete and enter their payment details via their email.
