Add a Student as a Bill Payer
If you are using Stripe or Debit Success for memberships you will need to make adult students the bill payer.
Every membership using Stripe or Debit Success to take recurring payments requires a bill payer, this is the person that own the membership.
For students under 18, the parent or guardian will always be the bill payer, but for students who are adults, they will be the bill payer for their own membership. When you create the membership, you can then select them as the bill payer from the Existing bill payer list.
Here's how to do it...
- Navigate to the Student Profile.
- Click on Add as Bill Payer.
Note: Memberships not using Stripe or Debit Success do not require a bill payer.
