# Update a Student's Syllabus

Assign a different or additional syllabus to a student.

You must assign at least one syllabus to a student in a membership, but you can also assign multiple syllabuses. 

**Here's how to change syllabus...**

1.  Navigate to **Membership.**
2.  Click on **Members.**
3.  Click the **ellipsis** button for a member.
4.  Select **Update Package & Syllabus.![](https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/b051d298-cf6b-4df9-b39a-bab1110a114d)**
5.  Click **Add Syllabus.**
6.  Click **+Add** for the **new Syllabus.**
7.  Click **Done.**
8.  Click the **delete icon** for the **old Syllabus.**
9.  Click **Update.**  
      
    Note since there must always be one syllabus, you should first add the new syllabus then remove the old.
