# Schedule a Class on Your Timetable

Everything you need to know about working with your timetable.

Once you have created your class objects, you are ready to schedule them on your timetable.

**Here's how to do it...**

1.  Navigate to the **Timetables**.
2.  Select a **Timetable**.
3.  Click on **Add Schedule**.

4.  Select a **Class**.
5.  Set the **start** and **end** t**ime**.
6.  Set a **Day Pattern** (this is for a recurring class).
7.  Select a **School Location**.
8.  Select a **Class Area**.
9.  Select an **Instructor**.
10.  Set **Student Limit** and **Lead Limit**.
11.  Click **Save**.

Notes:

-   School location and class areas can be configured in the previous screen, in the Locations tab.
-   You can invite people to become instructors in your school settings, in School Staff in User Management.
-   You can leave limits blank, but if you add limits, once these have been reached no further students or leads will be able to check in.
