# Exporting a Grading Report

Some schools like to generate a physical report for their gradings.

AXIS will export the current filter results to Excel for you.

Refer to the help article "Using Grading - Ranks" for information on how to use the grading filter.

**Here's how to export the data...**

1.  Navigate to the **Grading Progress**.
2.  Set up the **Filter**.
3.  Click on the **Export** button.

Note: You will only be able to export one syllabus at a time, but you can easily combine your data sets in Excel.
