# Email a Student From Their Profile

This is for a quick contact email from the profile, the process is the same for leads and students.

**Here's how to set it up...**

1.  Navigate the User Management tab, then **select** students or leads.
2.  **Click** the student or lead you wish to email.
3.  On their profile click the **Email icon.**

4\.  **Compose** your email in the provided email editor.

5.  **Click** send to deliver the email.
