# Create a Class

A class is an object that can be scheduled on the timetable.

**Here's how to create a class...**

1.  Navigate to the **Timetables**.
2.  Select a **Classes**.
3.  Click on **Create Class**.
4.  Input **Class Name**.
5.  Set **Colour** (Option to add Class Image).
6.  Select **Program**.
7.  Select **Syllabus**.
8.  Select **Ranks**.
9.  Click **Save**.

Note: If you select a program and syllabus for your class, only students holding the included ranks in the assigned syllabus will be able to check into these classes.  
  
You can also create a class that has nor program and syllabus (e.g. "General Fitness"), this will be available to all students in the AXIS Kiosk.
