# Add a Lead  Trial

Schedule trial classes for leads and send them a  notification email.

Managing trials for your leads is an important step towards converting them into active students with memberships.

**Here's how to add a lead trial...**

1.  Navigate to **Calendar.**
2.  Select **Events.**
3.  Click **Add Event.**
4.  Select **Add Lead Trial.**

  5. Select the **date** of the class.  
  6.Select the **lead.**  
  7. Choose the **class** from the **Class Schedule** drop down.  
  8. Add **Program and Syllabus** if it has not already been added on the lead's profile.  
  9. Insert a **description** if you want, this will appear on the notification email.
